"Highly recommend Roto-Rooter! I used them twice this week for my kitchen sink. First, Christian handled an emergency repair on a completely corroded, leaking 1977 brass pipe. He was quick, highly skilled, and professional. A few days later, Alberto came to replace my broken kitchen faucet with a new Moen model. "I highly recommend!! Reasonable price for a job well done! I called Roto-Rooter because my shower water and toilet water was draining slow. In less than two hours Robert the plumber was at my door step and ready to fix the problem. Turns out I had a backed up sewer line in my basement, note to self do not throw paper towel down the drain it will clog. Fortunately for me Robert had the proper tools and a lot of patience for all of my questions to which he answered all of them putting me at ease. He was very professional and polite which I appreciated. He ran a camera down the sewer line to make sure everything was in working order, showed and explained everything step by step, cleaned up whatever little mess was made, gave me a receipt and a business card before he left. The whole job took about an hour which was good. Thank you Robert for such a great job and thank you Roto-Rooter for having great customer service and great employees!"
